Beef Marinade and Sauce

Add flavor and tenderize your food with this Beef marinade and Sauce recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root (fresh, chopped)
Preparation:
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl for marinade. Set aside about 1/3 cup of mixture for sauce. Place marinade over beef. Marinate beef from 3 hours to overnight.
  • SAUCE: Strain out garlic, bring mixture to a boil. Then thicken with cornstarch and water to desired consistency. use sauce as a gravy when serving beef.
