Mustard Pork Marinade

Wonderful baked pork tenderloin with mustard sauce.

2 1/2-3 lb. Pork Tenderloin

Marinade:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Mustard Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
Preparation:
  • Marinate pork in marinade for several hours, turning the meat occasionally.
  • Remove from marinade and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Baste frequently with marinade.
  • Carve into thin diagonal slices and serve with mustard sauce.
Preparing mustard sauce:
  • Mix together the 1st two ingredients.
  • Stir in next four ingredients.
