Pork Roast Marinade

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TB. brown sugar
  • 2 TB. cider vinegar
  • 2 TB. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • pork roast, loin, pork shoulder, etc.
Preparation:
  • Combine all ingredients except pork roast.
  • Place pork roast in a large food storage bag or in a nonreactive dish.
  • Marinate pork overnight.
  • Put marinated pork roast in the crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
