Marinade for Pork Ribs

  • 1/3 cup H.P. sauce
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Lemon rind
  • Mix together H.P. sauce, maple syrup, vegetable oil and lemon rind in a small bowl.
  • boil Ribs for 6 to 10 minutes before being marinated.
  • Pour the marinade into a large shallow dish or large resealable bag.
  • Add pork spare ribs and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Leave ribs to be marinated at room temperature for approximately 45 minutes.
