Tangy Beef Marinade

Wonderful Tangy Beef Marinade recipe for any cut of beef.

  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. dry minced onion
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. powered horseradish
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously.
  • Place desired cut of beef in a shallow dish; pour marinade over beef.
  • Cover and marinate for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally.
  • Baste meat with marinade during grilling.
Makes 1 cup.
