Teriyaki Ginger Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
  • Try this on pork, poultry or fish: Stir together ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pour over pork, poultry or fish in a large resealable bag. Turn to coat meat.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain. Discard marinade before grilling.
Makes .25 cup
